This policy explains what personal data Esperto Solutions (“we”, “us”), which runs TambolaTickets.com, collects, why, and what you can do about it. We follow India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.

What we collect and why
- Browsing the site: no account is needed. Our server records technical data (IP address, browser, pages requested, time) to keep the site secure and fix errors.
- Buying tickets: your name, email address, mobile number, and for printed tickets your delivery address, plus the order and amount. We use them to take payment, send your PDF tickets or parcel, send your GST invoice, contact you about your order (including on WhatsApp), and keep the accounting records the law requires. If you start a checkout but do not pay, we may send you one reminder email.
- Contact form and WhatsApp: your name, contact details and message, to reply to you.
- Payments: card, UPI and bank details are entered on the secure page of our payment provider (PayU, Razorpay or Stripe) and go directly to them. We never see or store them. We only receive a payment reference.
- Statistics: if you accept cookies, Google Analytics (and, if enabled, the Facebook Pixel) measures how the site is used. If you decline, these cookies are not stored.
Who we share it with
Only with the services needed to run the shop: our payment providers, our courier partners (name, address and phone, for printed tickets), our hosting and email providers, and, if you accept cookies, Google and Meta for statistics. We do not sell your data.
How long we keep it
Paid orders and invoices are kept for 8 years, as required by tax law. Unpaid checkouts are anonymised after one year. Messages are deleted after two years.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent, by writing to contact@tambolatickets.com. We reply within 30 days. Records we must keep by law (such as invoices) are kept but limited to what is needed. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
Security
The site uses HTTPS, download links are private and limited, and only authorised staff can see orders.
Changes
We will update this page if the way we use data changes. The date at the top shows the latest version.
