Shipping & Delivery Policy

Downloadable (PDF) tickets

Downloadable tickets are delivered electronically. As soon as your payment is confirmed you see the download links on your order page, and we email the same links to the address you entered at checkout (usually within 5–10 minutes; please check your spam folder). Nothing is shipped.

Each file can be downloaded a limited number of times within the period shown on your order page. If a link stops working, contact us and we will send it again.

Printed tickets

Printed tickets are printed on thick 250+ GSM paper after your order and sent by courier to the address you give at checkout. The shipping options, their delivery times and charges are shown at checkout before you pay, for example:

Standard courier (about 3–7 working days)
Urgent courier (about 2 business days, where available)
Free shipping on larger orders, where offered

Delivery times start from the day your order is dispatched and can be longer for remote areas, during festivals or for reasons outside our control. When your parcel is sent, we email you the courier name and tracking number.

International delivery of printed tickets is available for an extra charge shown at checkout. Customs duties, if any, are paid by the buyer.

Wrong address or failed delivery

Please check your address and PIN code carefully. If a parcel is returned because of a wrong address or because nobody was available, we can send it again after the extra shipping charge is paid.
